The Original Copper Heeler is working wonders for my feet and shoulders.
I have regularly had to use an ibuprofen gel on my insteps, but no more since using them. The shoulder pain is reduced also.

I have osteoarthritis in both my hands and my feet. My right foot began to bother me about two years ago and I was beginning to limp even when walking a short distance. As you can appreciate I found this very distressing as I had always been a keen walker and also enjoyed exercising. After having my hands and feet x-rayed which showed degeneration particularly in my right foot my GP referred me to a Podiatrist who made me special insoles for my shoes and also gave me special exercises to do. I also had six sessions of acupuncture but nothing seemed to help. I wore the insoles faithfully but the pain did not diminish at all. I purchased a pair of "Copper Heelers" 4 weeks ago after seeing a press advert.
For 10 months I have suffered severe foot pain which in turn has affected knee joints by adjusting 'style of walking'. Hospital treatment has not proved very successful. Your CH’s have. Since wearing the Heelers I have found relief in my Arthritis pain.
The problems I have had with my thumbs, knees, big toe, neck and hips is greatly reduced, and the pain is now a slight ache instead of intense pain.

Having had two spinal operations in recent years, and after suffering pain in both my knees for a long time I did have a right knee replacement two years ago which unfortunately was not very successful. Over the past few years I have been getting pains in my toes. This began as an intermittent pain but had become a daily occurrence and extremely painful (I can only describe it as my toes being held in a vice!!)

I was given a pair of copper inserts by a friend to see if they would help with pain associated with my osteoarthritis.

I had already had two successful hip replacements over the last two years but was now suffering with knee pain.

I had been wearing the copper inserts for about 3 weeks in my trainers, when we had the first heavy snow fall of the year.

I have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for two years. Initially I was in pain throughout my entire body to the extent that I couldn’t walk; get in the bath or even go to the toilet unaided. It was horrendous. I have three children, the youngest being two years old now, and not being able to pick him up or cuddle him was heartbreaking.

The pain affected me mostly in the spring but we have our own garden design business so I couldn’t take time off. This meant that my husband had to help look after me instead of being able to work at our busiest time of year. This had a knock-on effect of increasing financial stress – in turn the stress provokes the inflammation!

I went to my doctor, who prescribed a chemo-therapy drug which I didn’t want to take due to its recent appearance on the market place and possible side-effects, as well as the need to have weekly blood tests. Instead I took opium-based pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs. Although these helped to a certain degree, I was still in a lot of pain for about six months.

Having refused the medication suggested by the rheumatologists and doctors, it was up to me to find a solution that I could live with. I read a lot about various diets and eventually followed a combination of the Kousmine and Seignalet diets a strict diet which eliminated wheat, dairy, alcohol and caffeine. I had to supplement my diet quite heavily to ensure I was not missing out any essential food elements at this point with omega 3, probiotics and a combination of colza, olive and nut oils. I was still taking the ani-inflammatories, but was able to lower the strength. I also replaced the opium based pain killers with paracetamol, and after 4 months I started to feel better.

I was worried though, as I was still taking anti-inflammatories and paracetamol on a daily basis, as the pain was still significant in my fingers, knees and feet.

Having completed and sent off the questionnaire I recently received from you, it occurs to me that the few lines I wrote about the changes Copper Heelers have brought about for me do not do justice to their revolutionary effect on my life.

Six years ago I moved to Ripponden in the South Pennines, to take advantage of the wonderful walking country in this area. By the time I was 40, I was unable to play sport any more because the pain was too bad. I even had to take painkillers, which helped, but I didn’t like them as a permanent solution.

My Doctor diagnosed Arthritis in my ankles, knees, shoulders and hands and told me to take painkillers. Shoulders, I had to help ease my arm up, my ankles and knees were very painful that to walk up stairs I went up on all fours and my ankles cracked when I walked. Having worked in rheumatology research for several years, and suffering from joint pain myself, I have a keen interest in the ways in which copper is said to have a beneficial effect on pain due to inflammatory joint problems like rheumatoid arthritis. According to alternative-medicine-and-health.com, copper is an effective anti-inflammatory agent that may be more potent than aspirin. It is said to reduce morning stiffness and help joint mobility, sometimes reducing the need for other drugs.
I have been wearing a copper bracelet for my own joint pain since early 1997 and while it seemed to provide some relief from joint pain, I found that it was somewhat inconvenient to wear continually for a variety of reasons. As a result I was very interested in trying your Copper Heeler insoles, and I have been very pleased with the results so far.
Your Copper Heelers have allowed me to continue with the ‘copper therapy’ I was obtaining previously, but without any of the problems associated with wearing a copper bracelet. I can’t believe how comfortable they are to wear, and they are so thin that they fit easily into even my tightest shoes.

A very big thank you for the Copper Heelers that you so kindly sent me, I received them 4 days ago and from that time I have been wearing them 100% and I do intend keeping that practice up, my body which is almost 86 years old will not accept the pills and tablets that the NHS provide so I have to depend on other ways.

I’ve had problems with a painful ankle since Christmas 2006. This pain at times progressed to my knee and the net result of both was a substantial limp and a limit to my walking ability.

By February 2007, with no improvement, I visited my GP who advised patience and painkillers. Allowing for the temporary respite due to painkillers nothing changed and with a holiday in Madeira looming I was quite concerned.

As a last resort, almost, I decided with some scepticism to try your Copper Heelers. After about 4 days I noticed a slight improvement but was still taking painkillers. I stopped the medication and the improvement in mobility continued, prompting my order for a second pair.

For many years I suffered with pains in my shoulder and got relief with paracetamol tablets and analgesic rub.

I have been playing football on a regular basis for nearly forty years. A couple of months ago I noticed that after playing I was experiencing considerable pains in the joints of my right knee and each time I played the pain got worse and took longer and longer to ease off. I was resigned to having to finally stop playing football.
